Lodging/Meals: There are several lodging options and numerous restaurants within walking distance of the classroom (and more just a short drive away).  The Comfort Inn is conveniently located directly behind our building.

Please inquire with Elizabeth at the Louisville Comfort Inn local number (M-F, 7 am – 3 pm, Mountain Time) regarding a discounted rate on rooms, usually between $59-$65 (from $69-$99) when attending any of our events.  Rates vary according to season.  Please identify yourself as an Energy Events student.  The discount is not available during online registration for lodging.

The Courtyard Marriott offers Energy Events students a discounted nightly rate of $59.  This rate includes a fabulous complimentary breakfast.  The hotel is approximately 3 blocks from the Energy Events classroom location.  Reservations (at the discounted) rate may be made online by clicking here.

Transportation: Shuttle transportation is available to and from the Denver International Airport (DIA) through Boulder Super Shuttle. The approx. fare to Louisville from the airport is $25 (one way). You do not need to make advance reservations with them for transportation from the airport, just go to the Super Shuttle counter near baggage claim after getting your luggage.
